The Process

We started our work from pre-implementation analysis and meetings with the client, during which we created numerous concepts of the planned mobile app. We were able to better understand the brand philosophy and the business needs of the client. During weekly meetings we verified our solutions and work progress. Our mock-ups and graphics prepared at the offer stage were used in the final version of the app in an almost unchanged form.

Guided by the Mary Kay brand book, we developed the design and operation of each screen and then, performed native implementations on Android and iOS using the Flutter SDK.

The Solution

The process takes eight weeks and requires the application of two remedies according to a specific schedule. Once the user enters the treatment start date, the app generates an application schedule in the form of a calendar that can be integrated with the mobile device's calendar. Also, there is a "Forgot" button in case you miss a dose that allows you to update your schedule and re-sync your calendar. The app's notification system reminds you to apply the product at appropriate intervals, gradually increasing the frequency of use. The whole project is complemented by application guidelines and a description of the products that make up the Clinical Solutions™ System.
